Users can be added to the Apollo Secure platform using 4 different user signup methods:
Email Invitation
User Sync
Email Domain
Signup Link
Email Invitation
The Email Invitation is the easiest method to get started where you invite users by adding their email address/es to the platform and they receive an email invitation to log in to Apollo Secure.
User Sync
User Sync is the most scalable and recommended solution, particularly for larger organisations with more users to manage and is the required method if you choose Single Sign-On (not available on all plans). This is achieved by connecting to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace instance to extract your users from those systems.
Email Domain
Email Domain signup allows anyone with an email address from your company domain (xxx@acme.com) to log in to your Apollo Secure organisation.
Signup Link
This option allows you to create a link that can be shared with your staff to create a user account.
