Purpose

The Apollo platform sends email invitations to new users or when users reset their password. This article is written for those unable to find these emails in their inbox. The first action is to check the spam folder. If the email you are looking for is there, please mark it as 'Not Spam'.

Invite Team Members by Signup Link

If you've checked your spam inbox and there is no invitation. The Owner account can invite users via a signup link. Follow the steps below.

  1. Start by selecting Settings in the main menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
    ​

  2. Select the Signup Settings button and enable the Signup Link option.
    ​

  3. Copy the invitation text which includes the Signup Link. You can send this to your team via your preferred messaging option such as Email, Slack or Teams etc.

  4. If you enable the Email domain signup option, then anyone with a company email address (xxx@company_name.com) will be able to sign up without specifically being sent a link.
